The well-known saying “to enter the limelight” is an appropriate expression from everyday speech, as it underlines the importance of harmonious, suitable lighting. No theatre operates without spotlights!
Scenographic lighting design plays an extremely important role, particularly in product sales, but is being used increasingly often as an architectural atmospheric tool, both in the private and public sphere – and often so subtly that it is not even consciously noticed.
